Groups/Teams/Workshops

Horses have a natural herd hierarchy where there is a clear leader who guides and protects the herd. When working with horses in a group setting, participants can observe and learn how horses communicate and interact within their social structure. This can help individuals learn how to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with others.

Through equine facilitated activities and exercises, participants can gain skills such as assertiveness, empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and teamwork. These skills can then be applied in personal and professional settings, leading to improved relationships, enhanced communication, and greater success in achieving goals.

All sessions are unmounted, no horse experience necessary. Just come as you are!
